The Vicidial Group is committed to providing proper training around the VICIdial contact center suite to ensure that our customers get the most out of their system.



Formal Training
There are several Formal VICIdial Training options available.

Our vicidial.org project website has manuals available for both the agent interface as well as the admin interface.

If you just have a few questions or you want us to walk you through a specific function, we can walk you through most process right over the phone. Just contact us to set up a support account and we can help you today.

We also offer public training courses. We have a two-day Manager training course where we explain the many options in the manager interface. We have a one-day Administrator training course where we explain installation and configuration of VICIdial as well as trouble shooting. We even offer an expert training course where participants can submit topics in advance and they will be explained in detail.

Another service we offer is to option to go on-site to train you at your location. We will send one of our expert trainers to your location. They will cover any of the other training course and do so in a manor that is specific to your installation. Contact us for a quote.
